On the web app, its possible for a user to report a bug, access our support center, view their support requests and chat with us.

Help Center, Contact support, and view support requests.

These 3 sections can be accessed by clicking on the “Help” icon labelled with a question mark at the top right of the page.

A user will then be able to:

Access our Help Center - Our knowledge base with articles on how to perform different actions on the mobile and web applications and also on the dashboards/reports.
Contact Support - Our ticketing system for submitting requests on general support/bugs, billing, and change requests. Refer to this article on how to log a request or ticket.
View support requests - Our ticket system showing all requests logged by a user, person in charge of the ticket and the status of all the tickets, i.e. done, in progress, to do, blocked, etc.

A user can also get in touch with us by clicking on the yellow “Chat” icon at the bottom right of the screen and then fill in the relevant information, attach files and submit
