How to log support tickets

The ticketing system helps us to better address your request/feedback in a more systematic manner. We have two ways of logging tickets with our ticketing system.

Tickets via email
Send an email to [email protected]. see below how to;
- Send one ticket for each issue faced
- Provide enough information on the issue and the account experiencing the issue
- Give a step by step description of how we can reproduce the issue
- Attach screenshots and videos where applicable

Tickets via WebApp
Click on the chat button at the bottom right of the Web App

-A chat box will appear, please type in the details of your ticket. question
