# Pricing FieldPro Detect

## Pricing structure
The pricing structure combines:
* **Deployment and maintenance fees** – covering the setup of the product and its ongoing improvements.
* **User license fees** – based on the number of mobile users who have access to the platform.

## Deployment & Maintenance
**Deployment** **fees** cover the 3 phases of the initial set-up: 
* collection & labelling of pictures to build a training dataset for the algorithm,
* the training and tuning of the algorithm ,
* the deployment of the algorithm in production.
Those fees are due to start the implementation.

**Maintenance** **fees** are mandatory and ensure the ongoing availability and reliable performance of the algorithm in production, maintaining baseline accuracy for every SKU at all times. These fees also include a set number of facing updates each month (the exact number depends on your package). 

A** facing update** refers to:
* Adding a new SKU or POSM to the algorithm
* Adding a new variant of an existing SKU or POSM, such as promotional packaging or seasonal design updates

Please note: any unused **facing updates** in a given month cannot be carried over to the following month.

## User licences

* The licence fees apply to all the mobile users with a licence on the platform.  
* Fees to be paid on a quarterly basis upfront. A 10% discount is given for yearly payment.

## Example
* Situation: Company X wants to deploy FieldPro Detect for 130 merchandisers to detect 40 SKUs
* Pricing:  9.000€ one-off deployment fees + 1.000€ monthly maintenance of the algorithm + (25€ x 100 + 22€ x 30) monthly licenses fees

## Access to Historical Data
By default, clients have access to 6 months of historical data.
If you need more:
* **+6 additional months (1 year total)**: 100€/month
* **+12 additional months (2 years total)**: 200€/month
* **More than 2 years**: Contact us for a custom offer.
  
## Payment methods

* You can pay by credit card online or through bank transfer.
* We accept payment in EUR, USD or FCFA

## Applicable Taxes

FieldPro is offered by the company Optimetriks SAAS, based in France.    
*   If you are based outside the European Union (EU), there are no VAT on the invoice. Our prices are net of any withholding tax that might be imposed when purchasing services based outside the country the purchasing entity is based in. 
*   If you are based in France, we will need to charge the VAT of 20%
