Change Requests

If it is necessary to modify the initial scope during the course of the project, the following process applies:

• We will evaluate the request and decide whether it qualifies as:

1. A normal support request, to be handled under our support Service Level Agreements (SLA).

2. A major change, for which we will assess the number of man-days required for software development/data visualization, share this with you for approval, and obtain the corresponding purchase order.

Any man-day is billed at a rate of Eur 400 net.
