What is a team?

The team is a concept used to group mobile and web users. It determines their access to workflows and dashboards/reports.

Filter, search, and view teams

Some information is available on the home page for teams. e.g. The list of teams available, their respective names, the total number of mobile + web users in the team, and the hierarchy information.

On the same page, there are options to search, create, download, view, archive, or edit a team.

To filter a team, use the attributes at the top of the page or use the add filter icon next to the search box.
To view a team, search for its name in the search box located on the top left. When you click on the edit button, you will be able to see the team ID, name, details of mobile + web users, and

Lists refers to a collection of items grouped together i.e. customers, products/SKU’s, assets etc. In the list section, you can view all the lists present in the environment, e.g. list of products, list of customers, assets, etc. We have a propose a template of lists. We can customize the list to your users needs. A list is structured with attributes, which are the dimensions of the list. The structure of the list is called a list schema. Each list is composed of multiple items.

Create a user

To create a user, click on the Users section on the left menu. Select the type of user (Mobile User) just below Users.

Click on the (Create user) button at the top right of the screen, It will prompt you to a (+One user) button. Input all the registration details. Phone numbers must start with the international prefix. For example; +254XXXX for Kenya.

Assign it to one or several teams directly.
Once created, you will see the user information details, as well as the number of teams they belongs to. || All the mandatory informat

Logging in

When you are added as a new web user to FieldPro you will receive an e-mail, as illustrated below.

On the email received, click on **Login **to access the web application and fill in your registered email and password from the same email. Click on the eye icon to be able to unhide the password if you need to see/verify.

How to change your password

It is always recommended to change your password from the sample password sent to you in the confirmation mail you receive after web user creation and after successfully logging into the web app for the very first time. The password should be strong, easy for you to remember, and conform to the recommended format.

To change your password, click on the profile/account icon on the top right part of the page and select Change password.

Maps cluster

On the left panel select Map, this will show you a map of all your customers.
They are clustered as per the number. By zooming in on a cluster, you will be able to view the customers composing it.

Map Legends

There are legends to filter the customers you see:

Per-user. Shows the user who last visited the customer
Per date. Shows the last visit date to the customer
Per type. Shows the types of customers, picking information from the _type attribute in the customer list
Per status - Shows where the customers are located(Region)

Filters

All the attributes defined as important are displayed by default as filters at the top. You can add any other attribute as a filter, by clicking on filter button and selecting the attribute.
When the filter is applied, it will show an “x” mark as shown below.
