Account statements for a customer

For mobile on-list dashboards, you can now generate a statement for the customer in PDF format from the customers section on the mobile application.

However, for this feature to be available on the mobile app, it has to be activated from the web application.

To activate the feature:

Go to the Dashboards Summary, click on Mobile dashboards folder, thereafter place the cursor on Account statement and click on the edit icon.



Navigate to the field “Is Statement” and drag the Toggle icon to the right so that it changes color from Grey to Teal green, indicating that it's enabled.



To disable the feature, drag the toggle back to the left, so its color changes from Green to Grey, indicating that its disabled.
