Account statements for a customer

Users can now generate customer statements in PDF format directly from the customers section. This feature streamlines the process of accessing essential customer information and enhances user experience by allowing quick document generation on-the-go.

Activation Process



Prerequisite: Before using this feature on the mobile app, it must be activated through the web application. This ensures that only authorized users can enable or disable this functionality.

To activate the feature:

Go to the Dashboards Summary, click on Mobile dashboards folder, thereafter place the cursor on Account statement and click on the edit icon.



Navigate to the dashboard and publish it from draft as its already a report available in our Sales template environment, for it to be activated for the mobile users.

To disable the feature, set the dashboard as draft

Once the feature is activated on the web application, mobile users can easily generate PDF account statements for customers or outlets by following these steps:

Navigate to the Customers Tab:
Open the mobile app and go to the Customers tab.

Select the Desired Customer:
Tap on the customer for whom you wish to generate an account statement.

Access More Options:
On the customer card, click on the More icon (represented by three dots) located in the top right corner.

Generate the Account Statement:
From the dropdown menu, select Account Statement. The PDF statement will be generated, containing all relevant customer details.

Here is an example of the PDF document generated by the user



In the example we have 3 tables in the statement:
- Customer details
- Account balance (debt level, debt maturity etc.)
- Transaction details for the past 90 days
