Fill in all the details and select the role the web user needs to have
NB: The email should always be in lowercase
Profiles are defined in the client configuration. They determine the access rights of the web user or the access to dashboards when creating dashboards. Roles can be adapted based on their needs. A web user can only create web user with the profiles below him, In the sense that an admin can only create editor web users, and an editor can only create viewer web users.
In the client settings, It is possible to change the name of the profile and to create a new profile and define the web user roles on actions they can perform.
In the profile definition, there is a toggle button to “give access to all resources”.
When this is enabled the web users will be able to see all users and their reports therefore no need of adding the users to teams.
This conditions the access to:
List items
Teams
Users
Dashboards
If this is activated, the user can manage all the resources of the client, regardless of the teams they belong to.
If this is not activated, the user can only manage the resources assigned to the team he belongs to.
Only web users with the option activated will be able to see the “orphan” items and users, i.e. all the ones that have not been assigned to any owner
Roles are created in the client setup. They determine the dashboards the web user can see.
When you create a dashboard, you can specify the role that should have access to it.
This is done through the web application, under the dashboards section.
Go to the target dashboard and click on the edit icon that appears on it. Navigate to the field “Attached roles to query dashboard”, click on the Add(+) icon, add your role(s), then confirm and Save.
Through WebApp, you can reset and retrieve WebApp login credentials for your client. The client will receive a new password via email. Always remember to inform them to check their spam folder in case they don't receive it by email.
Go to the web user, and click on the edit icon on the account. Click on additional information so as to see all options. Click on RESET PASSWORD, then on SAVE once done. The user password will be reset.

To create multiple web users, click on Create User on the top right. Then select Multiple users
Upload the users as per the template provided, you can also upload the web users with their dashboard roles and teams defined in the template.
The mandatory fields must be filled in the template before uploading it so as to avoid errors.
Select the users you want to edit.
Click on the 3 dots at the top right and select “ Bulk edit (CSV) ”.
A small screen will open, then click on link to get the template, follow the template downloaded in csv to do your edits. After your done with your edits upload the file in csv.
Select the users you want to delete.
Click on the 3 dots at the top right and select “ Bulk delete web users ”.
A small screen will open, then click on link to get the template, follow the template downloaded in csv to delete. After done save your file in CSV and upload.
Click on the download button at the top tight to download. The excel, CSV file downloaded will have the user names, emails, dashboard roles, and teams they belong to.
Applying a filter enables you to download only the filtered items.
