How can I set up two currencies ?
To set up two currencies on sales activity, you need to follow these septs :
1 - Create the value on the SKU list
Open the settings page of the SKU list
Add one currency value on the SKU list, For Example Franc or Dollar
2 - Create an Exchange rate list
On the list page click on “Create” and fill in the List information
In the schema, section add the two currencies' attributes and save your change
Open the Exchange list your are created by clicking on the edit button, and going on the settings section :
Create a meta expression allowing you to link the two values
Make sure you have chosen the attributes created as Important attributes to display and Save you change
You can now add an exchange rate value, by clicking on Create at the top right and validate your creation by clicking on create at the bottom rightin the displayed menu.
3 - Configure the exchange rate
Open the sales activity settings, and follow these setps :
Add a single choice on list and link to the exchange rate list
Add a compute Sales value multiplied by the value of the currency you don’t create on the SKU list
How can you filter the SKUs to be seen by user role
To be able to filter the sku list by user's role, you must follow these setps :
1 - Create user roles by filling the role name in tag format
In the environment settings click on the user tab
Then click on add below the mobile user line and add the role in lower case and separated by a hyphen (instead of spaces) and save.
2 - Create a multi-choice attribut on the sku list
In the list tab open the product list settings
Add a multiple choice attribute with optional user roles in the same format, example role_1; role_2
In the settings page of the sku list make sure to add the attribute as important to display
3- Make product assignments by role
In the list of products click on edit and select the role linked to each product
4 - Configure a filter by role in the matrix
In the settings of your sales activity, condition the display of products by role :
Open matrix settings by clicking on the edit button
Click on condition
Add a restriction condition by clicking "add condition"
Add a meta expression using the "contains" operator
Users will only see the products to which they are attached. For example, this user with role_1 can only see 2 products from category A and only 1 from category B
