We continuously work on improving the FieldPro application, so as to deliver more value to you / your team(s) in their day-to-day usage of the solution.
In regards to this, we deploy new versions of the FieldPro Mobile and WebApp hence request the team to update the version in order to use the latest App version.

We have two ways of updating the App;

Updating the App through the Google Play Store.

Click on the play store App on your Mobile or this on this link to playstore
On the search box at the top of the play store, type in FieldProV3 (one word)
Click on the update button to get the latest version as per the below video:

Updating the App through FieldPro Notification Panel

FieldPro Mobile users are notified of a new version of the App through the notification panel of the Mobile App, to update;

Click on the notification bell at the top right to be redirected to the panel
Once on the notification page, you will see the new version notification
Click on the download section (Yellow bar) to be redirected to the Play store
Once in the Play store click on update and wait for it to be downloaded

Updating the app through FieldPro pop up messages,

FieldPro users get a pop us screen when a new version has been released. All you need to do is click on the update button and your application will be start to update. After the app has been fully updated you will be redirected back to your application with the latest version of the app.

Once done/updated, click on open and start using the App

Always ensure you have a good / active internet connection before you update your application.
