How to check insights/reports on mobile application
Mobile users have the advantage of accessing their own automated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the FieldPro app.
These KPIs provide valuable insights into individual performance, helping users identify areas for improvement and track progress effectively.
Accessing Insights
To access your insights, follow these simple steps:
- Locate the Insights tab at the bottom of your screen.
This section is dedicated to displaying various individual performance metrics.
Filtering Reports
All reports within the Insights section come with filters, allowing users to narrow down their focus to specific data points.
The available filters include:
- Team Filter: Analyze performance by team members.

- Weeks and Months Filters: View performance over selected weeks or months.
Key Metrics to Monitor
Within the Insights section, we help you track several important metrics:
- Strike Rate
The Strike Rate represents the percentage of visits that resulted in a sale. It is calculated as follows:
Strike Rate (%) = (Number of Sales Visits / Total Visits) x 100
- Drop Size
The Drop Size metric indicates the total sales value generated per visit that resulted in a sale:
Drop Size = Total Sales Value / Number of Sales Visits
- Percentage of Sales per Outlet Types
This metric shows the proportion of total sales value attributed to different outlet types, helping you understand where your sales are concentrated.
Applying Time Period Filters
To effectively track your progress, you can apply various time period filters available at the top of the insights section:
- Yesterday
- Today
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- Custom: Allows you to select specific start and end dates for your analysis.
