Using the Settings Page
After Login (on the Customer list tab) click on the Settings(gear) icon at the bottom right corner of your screen. The setting section has 3 parts namely: Account, General, and About.

This section is divided into 4 parts:

Synchronization warnings
When you click on the Edit Profile button your profile will be displayed with your profile picture, name, and phone number.
Editing a profile enables users to correct their profile picture in case it is not as per the standard required. It can either be blurred or have poor lighting.
Click on the Edit (Pen) icon and you will be redirected to your camera to take another photo. After taking the picture click on save and your profile picture will be updated.
When you click on the Clients button a list of all the clients assigned to you will be displayed.
As a Mobile user with access to multiple client environments, you have a provision to change from one environment to another without necessarily logging out.
Locate and click on the menu written Resources and side-by-side tabs of lists and documents will appear on the page displaying all the available resources. Click on the tab you want to view information for. It can either be lists or documents.
Click on the desired tab and a list of available documents or lists will be displayed. Click on the document or list of choice to view/read.
The documents could be in form of videos, audio, images, or write-ups.

All the data that has not been synchronized successfully appear under the synchronization warnings section.
This is important because it displays all the pending work.

The data and storage section displays important aspects such as:
a)Network usage - Display the amount of data bundles used by the app.
b)Space used - Display the amount of space and data used by the app. Each activity report is less than 10KB, on a monthly basis with a few pictures at each visit, less than 500 MB.
c)Enable offline optimization - When enabled, your device will not try to retrieve data on each page, thus avoiding data consumption.
d)Clear cache - Creates more space in case your device is running out of storage space to store more incoming data. Before clearing the cache make sure that all your data is successfully synced to avoid loss of data. This can be done through two options:
Option 1. Click on Data and storage usage, and click on Clear cache at the bottom of the page.
Option 2. On your phone, click on settings, then apps & notifications. Click on all apps, if V3 FieldPro is not visible on the list, Scroll and select V3 FieldPro app, click on Storage, and then Clear cache.
You can reach out to support for help by following the simple steps below:

Select “Data and storage usage”
Select “Send debug report”
You will receive a zip folder, that you can share by SMS, WhatsApp, email to the support team

As a mobile user, you can customize the dates for displaying your insights/reports. To do this, click on the tab Insights settings and then select your relevant time periods, using the checkboxes.
When enabled, it helps you quickly turn the screen of the App to dark mode
This section consists of:
Privacy and licenses menu.
Rate FieldPro on Play Store.
Sign out button
App version.
This is where all the company’s Terms and Conditions are located as per the company’s regulations.
This menu will redirect you to Play Store enabling you to rate the FieldPro app on Google Play Store.
From time to time, you might be advised to sign out of the mobile application. To sign out, please click on Sign out at the bottom of the page, and then confirm your Sign out.
This information is available at the bottom part of the settings page. Its always recommended to ensure the most current version of the app is being used at all times.
